About Claude Consulting
We are a small consultancy that does one thing: set Claude up properly inside established businesses, and teach the people in them to run it.
We come from running a business on Claude ourselves, with an agency background in Google Ads and SEO for Australian service businesses, and we are backed by Growth Potential, who have coached Australian business owners for over 13 years. We work one-on-one, in private, because that is where honest conversations about a business happen.
What we believe

Real work, not demos. If a session ends and nothing in your business runs differently, the session failed.

Your data stays yours. Business plans only, no training on your data, and private AI for the cases that need it.

Written down. Every decision and workflow is documented so it survives staff changes and does not live in one person's head.

Honest about limits. We say when AI is the wrong tool for something.
