Claude setup for your business
Most businesses that "have Claude" have a login and a blank chat box. That is not a setup. A setup is Claude connected to your email, calendar, files and CRM, briefed on your business, your people, your wording and your rules, and already doing real work on day one.
What a Claude setup includes

A discovery session. We record a conversation about how your business runs: who does what, what repeats every week, where the time goes, what you wish someone would just handle.

Your business brief. From that conversation we write the brief Claude works from: your services, your customers, your team, your tone, your rules. This is the difference between an assistant that knows you and one you re-explain every time.

Connections. Claude is connected to the tools you already use. Gmail or Microsoft 365, Google Calendar, Google Drive, your CRM, your accounting software, Slack or WhatsApp where it fits.

Your first workflows. Three to five pieces of real work set up and running before we leave: inbox triage, meeting follow-ups, a weekly report, a quote drafter, whatever moves the needle for you.

A handover session. You and whoever runs it day to day learn how to ask for work, review it, and add to it.

Do I need a technical person?
- No. We do the setup. You need an owner or manager who can spend a few hours with us and knows how the business runs.
Which Claude plan do I need?
- It depends on team size and what you want connected. We will tell you on the discovery call, and the plan is paid directly to Anthropic, not to us.
Is my data safe?
- Claude's business plans do not train on your data. For businesses that cannot send data to the cloud at all, see our Private AI service.
How long does setup take?
- Discovery is about an hour. The setup itself is a day. Most businesses are using Claude for real work the same week.
