How our Claude training runs

Some owners want to learn privately before bringing the team in. We run one-on-one sessions for that. Honest questions get asked in private, and we think that is where the real progress happens.
Training works best after a setup
Training a team on a blank Claude is like training them on an empty filing cabinet. We recommend a Claude setup first, so the training happens on an assistant that already knows the business.
